How do I run compensation for the pre-formulated DURAClone panels?

Each DURAClone Kit contains 3 compensation kits to allow for multiple setups. Note, the tandem dye-labelled antibodies in the compensation kits are from the same manufacturing lot as the tandem dyes in the DURAClone antibody panels, enabling easy and accurate setup.
