Who can access my connected instrument(s) and related data through PROService?

PROService is used by HIPAA-trained Beckman Coulter service and support staff (including customer technical support specialists and field service engineers) and authorized agents. Access controls are defined by user role(s) and geographic location. Three access-level controls are in place to authenticate access to the PROService system:

Authorized user PC login
Connection to the secure Beckman Coulter network
Separate PROService application login
