I want to remove BeckmanConnect from my system; what steps do I follow?

  • For TeamViewer client only installs, remove TeamViewer client using Add/Remove programs in the control panel. Then email connect@beckman.com to update the instrument’s service records to remove remote support availability.
  • For BeckmanConnect client installs, remove BeckmanConnect using Add/Remove programs in the control panel. If you want to remove the client and update service records to remove remote support availability, select Yes at the Unregister prompt.
