Advanced and Complex Cell Sorting with the CytoFLEX SRT

It may be a small benchtop instrument, but it can help you with a huge range of sorting needs—from the simplest to some of the most complex.

You can configure it with up to 4 lasers that provide up to 15-color detection to identify subtle differences among cells. Options include 4-way and mixed mode sorting, as well as complex sort logic for a variety of cutting-edge research applications.

If you work with stem cells, your options can include (but aren’t limited to):

• Cell-culture cleanup
• Single-cell deposition for cloning or genomics
• Isolation of stem cells from blood, bone marrow or tissue

For other cell biology applications, you can sort rare ( <1% ) populations from complex mixtures for a variety of experimental endpoints.
